I am writing this letter to thank you and your workers on the great job they did on my roof. First I would like to thank Ed Schmidt on his presentation on the problems with my roof, and how they would fix them. He took pictures of the problems. I had my roof fixed a few times before, once by a relative, then by someone who knew a roofer, and finally a roofing company. I can honestly say I found a real roofing company with you. The speed and the clean up after the job was complete and was very impressive. I would also like to that your foreman Brian who was there supervising the work and answering any questions I had, he would always be respectful, courteous, and patient. If I asked him to do something he would always be happy to do it. He also made a chimney cap from copper and showed what an excellent mechanic he is. To Steve Whitman Construction/Siding: Recently, my family and I decided to give our house a badly needed "facelift". The "facelift" needed to include windows, siding and a new roof. We were operating on a tight budget and needed to get the most value for our dollar. We interviewed several different contractors and decided on Steve Whitman, because of the professionalism that was displayed throughout the process. John Chambers, our salesperson, came to the house several times to answer the many questions my wife and I had. When we could not decide on a color he brought us actual pieces of siding and roofing for us to think about and compare. Once the job started, Eric (roofing foreman) and his crew were neat and courteous. This holds true for Bob (windows and siding foreman) and his crews. When the jobs were finished the work site was cleaned up satisfactorily. As far as, the appearance of our "new" old home, we are extremely pleased with the result. Dear Mr. Whitman: I would like to take the time to tell you how much I was impressed by your organization. I have seen your trucks around on different jobsites in the area. We have worked on some of them together without probably even knowing it. I framed a couple of buildings for Weinstein Builders in Brick Township last year and that is who gave me your phone number. I was in a jam because the sider I used in Freehold kept telling me that he would go down to Ocean Acres and roof and side those houses. At the last minute he cancelled and that was when I called your company. I was introduced to your representative Bob Koczak and was impressed by how helpful he was. Not only did he return a quote quicker than I expected he was able to get the crews down to the job and finish them with great speed. The aluminum that was used to wrap the house was probably one of the best jobs I have seen. Having sub-crews of my own I know that the majority of the job is the supervisor.
